From a very young age, Alex was fascinated with real estate – largely inspired by his father, who helped build some of the most exquisite homes in the country, in places like Atherton and Woodside, CA. Realizing the capital-intensive nature of real estate, Alex started a multimillion dollar tech services company and began buying value-add real estate with his profits. He's gone from ultra-low-budget renovations of small single-family homes in 2015 to new construction of high-end single-family and multifamily properties. He understands real estate from A to Z, and has deep experience in acquisition, design, construction, financing, and portfolio management. He is a licensed real estate agent in CA, and also a licensed business broker who has brokered multimillion dollar M&A deals.

Desirae’s passion for design began early, inspired by her mother, a custom home builder. After restoring a 1930s bungalow in Newport Beach, she launched her design career and quickly became known for creating refined, livable spaces that blend timeless charm with warmth. She is the founder of Desirae Interiors, a residential design firm recognized in the 2025 Newport Harbor Home Tour for its distinctive blend of elegance and comfort. Desirae has led projects ranging from high-end vacation homes in Cabo San Lucas to full-home furnishings in Newport Beach. With a background in fashion and interior design, she brings a sharp eye for detail, functionality, and storytelling to every space. At Acre Ventures, she oversees all interior design and creative direction.
